Oume Gold Project

The Oumé Gold Project (Oume) is located in south-central Cote D’Ivoire and is comprised of a single exploration permit (the Beriaboukro Licence) that is party to the GIV Joint Venture and currently under a renewal process.

The project is situated on the Oume-Fetekro belt, historically one of Cote d’Ivoire’s most productive greenstone belts, host to Allied Gold’s 2.5Moz Bonikro, the 1.0Moz Agbaou gold operations and Endeavour’s 2.5Moz Fetekro gold project.

Many Peaks is earning into an 85% interest in the Beriaboukro permit that contains the Oume Project in joint venture with a local partner, Gold Ivoire Minerals SARL (‘GIV’), by sole funding exploration through to a Definitive Feasibility Study (‘GIV Joint Venture’). Under the GIV Joint Venture, Many Peaks currently holds a 65% interest in the Ferke, Odienne, and Oume projects following a minimum US$3M exploration expenditure completed by previous owners.

Oume is an early-stage exploration project with limited soil and rock chip geochemistry sampling completed to date planned for further compilation and review of results subject to an administrative review of the ongoing renewal process in Cote d’Ivoire.
